Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Toni Collins who is also known as Antonietta Gonzales-Collins in the US and Mexico, is an American-Mexican sportscaster. She currently works for ESPN as a reporter for SportsCenter and sometimes hosts SportsNation. She began working for ESPN as a news anchor in the year 2016. She is the child of TV journalist Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta Collins is bi-lingual and has been for a long time, starting at her age of nine. This skill has helped her get her first job at Univision, Miami. She could work as a producer for national programs like Nuestra Belleza Latina Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud Primer Impacto. She was hired as an reporter at CBS St. Petersburg. CBS St. Petersburg affiliate following that. After 2009, the news reporter relocated to Rio Grande Valley Texas where she worked for KNVO TV 48 Univision as in addition to Fox2 News. Within a brief time her father divorced from her mother. She later remarried in the year 1995 to a naval architect called Fabio Fajardo. Fabio Fajardo passed away of kidney carcinoma in 2006. While on a trip with the family in Ohio, younger Collins took a place alongside her elder sister. At the time of her senior year in high school and yet with a clear idea what she wanted to do with her life Antonietta went to at the University of Mount Union to determine if the school was suitable for her requirements. She loved the campus. The university also provided her with the degree she wanted. She graduated from high school and was enrolled in media studies at the University. The relationship she formed was long-lasting with her professor Mark Bergmann who was the supervisor of WRMU 91.1 FM, a station of which she was an affiliate. Mark Bergmann was the person who instilled her faith and confidence, as well as whose enthusiasm for journalism deeply touched her. As a result, she strived to fulfill his expectations always delivering on time.
