Aleesha Young established herself as a top female professional bodybuilder in the final quarter of 2010s. Aleesha was part of an extended family of athletes. Her father took part in bodybuilding while her brothers and sisters were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha has played many sports such as basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was awarded her professional license after winning at the NPC USA Championships 2014 The first time she competed was in 2008. She was also a participant at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro, where she placed ninth. The finish she achieved was 9th in 2015. Aleesha placed 6th in both 2016 and 2015 during the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Her first show as a professional took place at that of the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. Her performance had been steadily improving and had won her Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS performance came in 2020. She finished fourth. But the "World's strong mom" had to stop her training because of her health.
